Format: Lecture, Small Group Discussion with Peers, Tools for Life-long Personal Application. Students registering for the full 5 weeks can apply for 1- on-1 coaching with Elaine Kung.

Elaine Kung

Elder Elaine Kung is passionate in coaching professionals on how to communicate effectively with biblical and practical principles, how to take Jesus to work and thank God it’s Monday. Elaine received Executive Education from Columbia, Cornell, and U Penn Wharton. She earned her B.S. from Cornell and M.S. from Princeton in Electrical Engineering/MSE. She worked at AT&T for 33 year and was a Director before retiring in late 2017. She received such honors as WOC STEM Career Achievement Award, Most On Fire Manager. Elaine is the Founder and Co-Chair of Called-To-Work since 1996, equipping professionals worldwide, integrating the Christian faith in the workplace. During COVID peak season, she gave 30+ talks per month, held 20+ 1on1 coaching sessions per month. She leads the TOW Chinese Board and serves on 10 other international ministries as a Board Director or Advisor. She and her Called To Work team authored “Practical and Powerful Workplace Communication” and “Called To Work” workplace discipleship curriculum in Chinese.
