Life/Work Direction

Ryan brings nearly twenty years of pastoral and therapeutic experience to his role and comes most recently from Highrock Church where he served primarily as liturgist and family pastor. He has often been described as a “utility pastor.” Ryan holds degrees from Ohio University (B.S.) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div.; M.A., Counseling).

Ryan is ordained to The Ministry of Word and Sacrament by the Evangelical Covenant Church where he serves on the board of directors of the New England Seafarer’s Mission and continues to hold membership at Highrock Church. He is also pursuing licensure as a mental health counselor in Massachusetts. Ryan lives outside of Boston, MA, with his wife and three children.
