TOW Announces Leadership Transition to Accelerate and Expand Growth

As the Theology of Work Project continues to grow and reach new audiences, we are restructuring the Executive Editor role into two distinct positions: Editor-in-Chief and Executive Director. This change allows each role to focus more clearly on its core responsibilities as TOW expands its scope and reach.
William Messenger will serve as Editor-in-Chief, concentrating fully on editorial leadership, theological integrity, and the development of TOW’s biblical content.
Leah Archibald will serve as Executive Director, leading organizational strategy, operations, and growth initiatives aimed at engaging new generations of workers. A veteran of the online software industry and host of the Making It Work podcast, Leah brings experience in digital media, audience engagement, and content strategy, as well as her work as the author of Kids Can! Upholding the Biblical Value of Work.
