Brett Smith admits, "Having served full time in churches for thirteen years, I finally realized I didn’t fit. I stopped job searching and started soul-searching...I determined I would stay in full-time ministry but stop working in a church. I had no idea what that meant."
Smith now operates the original Goldfingers Restaurant in Dothan, Alabama. He says, "There I learned to lead by being a good follower. I am able to engage my strengths and enjoy the opportunity to connect with people in lasting, positive ways."
