The Washington Institute recently asked Susan Den Herder--owner of Freshly Pressed Stationery, a hand-printed letterpress line of stationery, and editor of Canal West, a curated online design and gift site--a few questions regarding the practice of gift giving, as well as her daily work and the specific calling she's embraced.
