When he was sitting on the bench and carrying a clipboard around on the sideline, the Heisman- trophy award winner didn’t whine or complain. The much- hyped Tim Tebow knew his place. He was determined to earn the respect of his teammates. And I need to find a way to gain respect before I’ll get anywhere in my workplace.
