We don't normally re-run newsletters, especially for the second week in a row. But as with last week's newsletter on the election, we think there is some wisdom here for our country's current polarized situation.

So we've updated this reminder that we can start reconciliation—racial and otherwise—where we spend most of our time: at our jobs.
